Antonio Pegoraro, after spending many years learning the trade of wood craftsman in the small artisan factories of Venice, opens his own workshop for the creation of solid wood furniture made entirely by hand.
1985
Thanks to its production quality, the company began to collaborate with leading companies in the world of furniture. From Milan to Venice, well-known interior brands rely on Laguna for the production of wooden accessories.
2006
The evolution of the sector and the fresh mindset of his son Michele lead the company to expand its structure, passing through a careful phase of modernization of production. This leads to an increase in collaborations and the consequent study of materials to offer innovative solutions, from wood processing to treatments and the unique finishing process that makes Laguna wooden floors a solid solution for any needs.
2020
For Laguna, a phase of return to the past begins. The idea of rediscovering history and its precious notions on woodworking becomes a real project. Children of the experience in woodworking and driven by an infinite passion for nature, Valentina and Giacomo bring back to light old techniques of woodworking and finishing used at the time of the Serenissima in the city of Venice, creating lines of wooden floors that represent a rediscovery of the excellence of our territory.
